Developer Closes on Gordon School Building
Paces Properties to move forward with $15 million project.
The Vinings-based developer who plans a $15 million redevelopment of the old has closed on the property, The Porch Press reported.
No timetabe for a start date was given, but the Press said the project is ready to move forward.
Paces Properties' plans call for razing the building at 1205 Metropolitan Ave. and replacing it with a three-story residential apartment building of 125 to 145 units.
