The project at 280 Elizabeth St., a $45 million residential and retail complex being built in the heart of Inman Park, is underway.
When complete, projected to be the third quarter of 2014, the development will have 201 rental apartments and 39,000 square feet of retail, including 19,000 square feet designated for restaurants.
Atlanta-based developers South City Partners and JPX Works LLC are partners in the project.
