The Tough Love Yoga studio is relocating to Candler Park with a planned reopening of Dec. 15.
Formerly in the gallery space of Young Blood Boutique and Gallery in Poncey-Highland, Tough Love Yoga will be located off DeKalb Avenue in the same retail district as Radial Café, called Candler Connection.
The studio will be divided into two practice spaces, both with cork flooring. The space also will feature plenty of natural light, including a large sliding garage door.
“Opening up a yoga studio has been a dream of mine for so long,” Tough Love Yoga founder, Neda Honarvar said in a statement. “Tough Love Yoga’s main mission is to bring yoga to people of all levels and backgrounds.”
Known for Tough Love’s hard rocking Metal Yoga series, Honarvar, along
with her team of instructors, aims to give students at all levels a taste of what
yoga is all about.
As part of that goal, Tough Love Yoga plans to offer an eclectic group of classes for beginners, aspiring yoga teachers, kids, teens and fitness junkies involved in
other activities such as running and crossfit.
The new Tough Love Yoga Studio boasts a more spacious area for current students to continue to improve their skill levels while giving new students a fresh approach to the art of yoga.
Atlanta area yoga enthusiasts and metal lovers nationwide can look
forward to classes such as Bikini Bootcamp, Run Club, goal setting and holistic
approaches to health and wellness.
