OLD FOURTH WARD — The ongoing metamorphosis of the Ponce City Market continues.
On Wednesday, Dec. 4, crews poured concrete on the roof.
The $180 million project aims to take the old City Hall East building at Ponce de Leon Avenue and Glen Iris Drive and transform the 16-acre site into a complex that will include retail, office and residential components.
