NPU-O Meeting Scheduled for Tuesday Night

On the agenda: Big Nerd Ranch variance request, temporary fees for outdoor events, change of alcohol permit.

Neighborhood Planning Unit-O, which represents the interests of East Lake, Kirkwood, Edgewood and the Villages of East Lake, meets Nov. 27 at 6:30 p.m. at the Branham Recreation Center, 2051 Delano Drive NE.

    • 2315 Glenwood Ave.: Glenwood Foodmart Change of Agent for Alcohol Permit deferred for further discussion with East Lake.

  • V-12-159 1989 College Avenue (Kirkwood) Big Nerd Ranch. Agent Eric Kronberg. Special Exception & Variances to reduce the required parking spaces, reduce the south side transitional yard, and reduce the west side transitional yard.
  • Z-12-44 1989 College Avenue (Kirkwood) Big Nerd Ranch. Agent Eric Kronberg. Re-zoning from C-1-C to C-1-C to meet technical requirements. Previously approved by KNO and NPU-O in 2006.
