Hodgepodge Coffehouse Expands Menu to Include Brunch
East Atlanta coffeehouse has new hours, too.
EAST ATLANTA — Hodgepodge Coffeehouse and Gallery are set to celebrate their one year anniversary this month.
Our plans for the new year begin by expanding our food menu to include a brunch on the weekends that will have you salivating at a mere glance of the menu.
The wildly talented Chris McClain has created offerings that allow options for carnivores, vegetarians, vegans, gluten free and Paleo diets.

Starting out as a dishwasher at a retirement home at 15 years old, Chris has cooked a variety of styles from fry-food fish stacks to made from scratch fine dining.
Graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Fla., Chris couldn’t be a more perfect fit for the Hodgepodge team.

The weekend Brunch menu will begin on Jan. 4 and continue every Friday, Saturday and Sunday thereafter.
Chris has designed a menu that will appeal to almost anyone, explaining "the idea behind the menu that we have created is to build delicious dishes for everyone, while working within the boundaries of certain diets. We want to make food that is simple, healthy, and tasty. I would like to surprise the anti-dieter with a delicious Paleo dish, or perhaps peak the interest of a carnivore enough to try a Vegan meal and so on and so forth.”

We at Hodegepodge have also updated our hours in order to service our customers to the maximum effect.
New hours are as follows:
- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday
- 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday
Ms. Tanzer is a co-owner of Hodgepodge Coffeehouse and Gallery, which is located at 720 Moreland Ave. in East Atlanta.
