On Tuesday, Feb. 21, we are serving up the joie de vivre with Creole suppers like Rabbit & Andouille Gumbo, Smoked Frog Legs with buffalo sauce, watercress and blue cheese and Alligator Croquettes with smoked tomato remoulade and watercress salad that will rival the food of Louisiana’s bayous and parishes. We’ll also be pouring classic concoctions like the Sazerac and Vieux Carre as an ode to NOLA. No beads required in return.
