Condessa Coffee Seeks Beer, Wine to Expand Offerings

Old Fourth Ward coffee shop gets support from Neighborhood Planning Unit-M for liquor license application.

The owners of Condessa Coffee are seeking a liquor license to add to the popular Old Fourth Ward eatery's menu of offerings.

Condessa, which is currently undergoing a remodeling of its interior, wants to expand its offerings to be more profitable.

The coffee shop sought and received support from Neighborhood Planning Unit-M on Monday for its liquor license application with the city.

The focus will be on looking for locally produced craft beers as well as distinctive wines, as well mixed coffee drinks, Octavian Stan, one of Condessa's owners told East Atlanta Patch.
