EAST ATLANTA — After concerns and complaints raised about speeders, the city's public works department of public installed a four-way stop sign at the intersection of Flat Shoals, Ormewood and East Side avenues.
The signs have been up for several days but as late as Monday afternoon we saw motorists breeze right on through the intersection.
