Volunteer Need: help sort and stock clothes for Intown Clothes, which provides clothing for impoverished people

How Often: Wednesdays, 10 a.m. to noon

Volunteer Need: assist customers, unpack merchandise, create displays, stock shelves, and other tasks related to running a shop

How Often: Various times Tuesday through Sunday

Volunteer Need: Coaches needed to teach girls, grades 3-8, healthy habits and help them train for a 5K race.

How Often: Meet twice a week for 10 weeks during either the spring or fall program
