This homeowner on East Confederate Avenue in Ormewood Park is just one of the entrants in the contest that will give the finalists up to $500 to cover their power bills. The grand prize winner will get $100,000 donated to his or her local school district. You can see a video of the Ormewood Park homeowner's display here (and vote for it, too).
