Help Find Ziggy a Forever Home

This loving dog was thrown out a car in June, but doesn't have a mean bone in his body.

Ziggy is a Lover!

This past June a dog was thrown out of a car in our Parkview neighborhood.

He was picked up by animal control before I could find a place for him. After being in animal control for five days I was able to re-arrange my living quarters to house another dog. Ziggy came home with me and I have been fostering him since then.

I believe he is American Staffordshire Terrier mixed with American Bulldog. That is my best guess. The vet thinks he is close to four years old. He was tested heartworm positive but has now finished his treatment and is heartworm free.

He is a very affectionate, laid back dog. He interacts very well with other dogs and he even gets along with the cats that I have. He has been going to obedience class for a about five weeks at Frogs to Dogs in Kirkwood and has been socializing and learning very quickly.

He loves to hang out in the house and is so happy to be around people. He likes leisurely walks and snuggling on his bed. He can be shy at first but warms up very quickly to new people. He does not have a mean bone in his body and truly deserves to be treated like a prince.

If you are looking for a best friend or know of someone who is please consider this sweet boy. For more info please contact me at shanring99@gmail.com.

Thank you.
