FAIRLIE-POPLAR — Hard to believe, but it's been a decade since Sidebar, a favorite watering hole for Georgia State students, court workers and residents in Downtown looking for a place to unwind and relax.
Friday, Sidebar — located at 79 Poplar St. NW — celebrated its 10th anniversary with a carnival-inspired block party, complete with street performers and live music.
