Just in time for the heat, the Grant Park Pool is slated to open next week.
The pool — at 625 Park Ave. — officially opens May 30.
Atlanta City Councilwoman Carla Smith, whose district includes Grant Park, is hosting the annual Grant Park Pool Opening Day Party from 2:30 until 4:30 p.m. on the pool deck.
