Be sure to pre-register online by Friday, November 25 for one of four time slots: 8:30 a.m. (members only), 10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.

ENJOY A WHITE CHRISTMAS AT SNOW MOUNTAIN
Where/When: Stone Mountain Park on the Laser Lawn, Highway 78, Atlanta, now through Feb. 20, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Why go: This snow park features tubing runs, including Avalanche Alley and a Snow Zone area, where younger kids can tube, make snowmen and snow angels. (They can even throw snowballs at a snowball shooting gallery!) There’s also a bonfire to warm up by and to roast marshmallows and enjoy s’mores with.

VISIT SANTA AT SANTA’S HOLIDAY BAY
Where/When: , 225 Baker St. NW, Atlanta, now through Dec. 22, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Why go: Enjoy the “Festival of the SEAson” at the Georgia Aquarium, where a winter wonderland will include live holiday musical performances, festive décor and even Santa Clause will be there! Santa's Holiday Bay is located on Level 2 near Deepo's Undersea 3D Wondershow theater.

TRY A HOLIDAY ICE SKATING RINK IN BUCKHEAD
Where/When: St. Regis Atlanta, 88 West Paces Ferry Rd., Atlanta, from now through Jan. 3. Hours are 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
Why go: Make a day of it by getting in the car and taking those antsy kids over to Buckhead to work off some of the sugar rush during the holidays by getting them into ice skates. There will be twinkling lights, hot chocolate, fondue and more, all around the hotel’s outdoor fireplaces. (Just imagine the holiday photos you can take!)

Why go: These holiday performances are held by many local and regional organizations, including schools, church choirs and more.
