• The Lake Claire Neighbors, meets at 7 p.m. at , 1815 S Ponce de Leon Ave. This is the neighborhood organization for the East Lake community.
• The SouthEast Atlanta Business Association (SEABA) is a community of unique and dynamic businesses of Southeast Atlanta. Please learn about current happenings in the city of Atlanta from guests who are well connected to the functioning of the city's business. His new book "The Invention of Ecocide," chronicles how a group of scientists relentlessly challenged Pentagon assurances of safety, citing possible long-term environmental and health effects, and eventually bringing to an end the practice of using of herbicides, such as Agent Orange, in wars.
