BeltLine Wine Stroll Raising Funds for Springvale Park Improvement Projects

INMAN PARK — The Friends of Inman Park organization is hosting a wine stroll on the Atlanta BeltLine's Eastside Trail on Sept. 28 to raise funds for improvement projects at Springvale Park, the neighborhood's signature green space.

Stretched along a mile of the trail that includes Poncey-Highland and Old Fourth Ward as well as Inman Park, the BeltLine Wine Stroll includes 16 restaurants, art spaces and other businesses that will serve wine and appetizers.

Tickets for the event, which runs rain or shine on Sept. 28 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., are $40 and may be purchased at this link. All the proceeds go toward the Friends of Inman Park, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, in support of the Springvale Park improvement projects.

Every Wine Stroll ticket buyer will get a free King of Pops popsicle at the KOP stop, the retail "window" outside its production facility, which is next to the "Welcome to Inman Park" mural, just off Bernina Avenue.

Uber, the transportation company, also is offering first time customers $20 off on their initial ride.
