Etiquette on the menu for Eagle Academy students at Crim High School

During the month of October, 9th grade students from the Eagle Academy at Alonzo A. Crim Open Campus High School took a step toward improving their daily dining experience.

Through the youth orientated ZHOPE (Zetas Helping Other People Excel) initiative, which focuses on the proper way to set a table as well as the purpose of each item in a place setting, Chef Larry Alford, Culinary Arts Pathway Director, led lessons on dining etiquette and students ate a light luncheon where they practiced their newly refined skills in dining.
