 e you on a journey through the fascinating history of chocolate\, that b
 egins with the Ancient Aztecs and Mayans who were the first to harvest t
 he &ldquo\;cac&atilde\;o bean&rdquo\; (the pure form of chocolate) over 
 3\,000 years ago. Learn what to look for when sourcing your chocolate an
 d how to find responsibly harvested\, high quality products.  Participan
 ts will be guided through the proper way to prepare chocolate to unleash
  its powerful\, medicinal properties.  Individuals and couples welcome a
 nd can take home a small portion of chocolate.  Couples- register as an 
 individual and leave a note in comment area. Couples are $50 for members
  and $55 non members and can pay difference at the class.  5 minimum. Ad
 vanced registration required.
