DESCRIPTION:SAND is an all-volunteer\, non-profit corporation that was fo
 rmed to serve the needs of the residents and businesses of six Atlanta n
 eighborhoods: Benteen Park\, Boulevard Heights\, McDonough-Guice\, North
  Ormewood Park\, Ormewood Park and Woodland Hills.\nAny resident or busi
 ness owner 18 years of age and older\, whose primary place of residence 
 or whose place of business is within the boundaries of one of the neighb
 orhoods mentioned above\, may participate at monthly meetings and serve 
 on SAND committees. &nbsp\;\nThe organization meets on the 2nd Thursd
 ay of each month in the Student Center of Beulah Heights University.
