Enjoy this opening reception for the photo exhibit, Snapshots and Stories - A Celebration - that features photos and short stories of WWII experiences. The event will include Bruce Malloy telling the story of his father, Joe Malloy, who was a USAF ball turret gunner shot down over Berlin and imprisoned in the infamous Stalag 17 POW camp.
The installation of this exhibit at the Candler Park San Francisco Coffee marks the fourth stop for this touring photo exhibit.

The Candler Park San Francisco Coffee Roasting Co location is just south of the park. It is an independent local coffee roaster that has been in business since 1992. It imports the finest handpicked Arabica beans and roasts them in small batches in the basement of the Virginia Highlands location. The coffee originates from a variety of locations around the world.
