SEACS (Southeast Atlanta Communities for Schools) was founded in 2010 to bring together parents, policy makers and community members within the Maynard H. Jackson High School cluster of Atlanta Public Schools.

More About Fred A. Toomer Elementary
Founded in 1968 in Atlanta's Kirkwood neighborhood, Toomer Elementary is home to Georgia's first Chinese language immersion program in a primary school where students are taught Mandarin. The school also boasts a state-of-the-art wireless computer lab and its teachers have been consistently awarded grants from organizations for their math and literacy initiatives.
