  are great for moms who have given birth and want to strengthen and tone
  their muscles most affected by pregnancy. Classes consist of a low impa
 ct aerobic warm up\, followed by upper and lower body conditioning exerc
 ises to tone and strengthen muscles. It also includes yoga exercises to 
 promote good posture and strengthen your core stability (the abdominal a
 nd back area). The class ends with a relaxing stretch. Classes are upbea
 t\, accompanied by great music and a steady pace. This class brings fun 
 and pleasure to both parent and baby. Bring your little one along for so
