This evening will include Chef Scott Blackerby’s preparation of a five course dinner that will be served with King Estate's wines including a special wine from Gary's cellar. From their orchards and gardens and local providers, King Estate will provide Chef Blackerby with the freshest herbs, fruits and vegetables that Oregon has to offer. Chef will choose from what is showing best the week of our dinner but options might include: Braeburn apples, Asian pears, chanterelles, wild caught salmon.
