 kids already do so well - Joy in the Moment! We'll get in touch with our
  bodies and the class focuses on breathing\, dance\, rhythm\, flexibilit
 y\, balance\, physical fitness\, movement\, stretching\, calming\, and s
 elf-awareness. Kids can come dressed however they want to dress (costume
 \, super hero\, pjs\, whatever feels the most comfortable) and should br
 ing a water bottle. A yoga mat is helpful as well as a blanket or comfor
 t item to help them relax during savasana.The instructor for this class 
 is Katy Jo Schroer. Katy Jo is an experince pre-natal and kids yoga teac
 her who works with children in many capacities\, and is also a mother he
