Kids Yoga
(4 week class)
Kids Yoga is all about what kids already do so well - Joy in the Moment! We'll get in touch with our bodies and the class focuses on breathing, dance, rhythm, flexibility, balance, physical fitness, movement, stretching, calming, and self-awareness.
Kids can come dressed however they want to dress (costume, super hero, pjs, whatever feels the most comfortable) and should bring a water bottle. A yoga mat is helpful as well as a blanket or comfort item to help them relax during savasana.
The instructor for this class is Katy Jo Schroer. Katy Jo is an experince pre-natal and kids yoga teacher who works with children in many capacities, and is also a mother herself.

Baby Love is a baby boutique and consignment shop. It offers an eclectic mix of products and services for expecting parents and babies aged newborn to 14. It offers maternity and children's consignment items such as apparel, toys, equipment, gifts, baby shower gifts, balloons and more. It also offers parenting classes, prenatal yoga, story time, sewing and breastfeeding classes.
