Spring cleaning isn’t just for the home. Mental health is an important facet of overall well-being. To promote emotional and mental health, The Body Well is bringing in a guided meditation expert and yoga instructor to lead light yoga and medidtaion classes.
Clean the cobwebs from your mind, gain perspective, and learn to center yourself in the present moment. We will supply a limited number of yoga mats; if you have your own, bring it along!
