DESCRIPTION:The Atlanta BeltLine will host a series of special study grou
 p meetings to provide an overview of the Atlanta BeltLine and Streetcar 
 projects on the upcoming Regional Transportation Referendum and answer q
 uestions from the public. If the July 31 referendum passes\, funding the
 se projects\, 10.2 miles of new pedestrian-friendly transit&nbsp\;will b
 e built starting at&nbsp\;MARTA&nbsp\;stations in&nbsp\;Midtown and&nbsp
 \;Downtown\, connecting to the east and west sides of the&nbsp\;Atlanta 
 BeltLine. Roughly five miles of transit would be built on the Atlanta Be
 ltLine&rsquo\;s east and west sides\, with another five miles of cross-t
 own connections across Midtown and Downtown.
