What Should Go Here?: Edgewood Avenue and Krog Street
Graffiti-covered building is an eyesore.
Inman Park is known for its well-kept homes, protection of its architectural history and attention to streetscapes and development.
But then there's this building at the southeast corner of Edgewood Avenue and Krog Street.
This graffiti-covered building seems to get more tags weekly and stands out because it's so out of character.
How should it be redeveloped? What's your vision for this vacancy?

Who owns it? It's been my impression the owner allows the graffiti.

An art house (art film house) possibly with cafe. We obviously do not need another restaurant, bar or apartment complex in the area. We need something that will enhance local culture and currently the canvas of a building is fitting the bill.

a cafe with sidewalk seating that promotes local artists would be great

It used to have some amazing big murals on it, before the most recent owner painted over everything about three years ago! If they would allow artists access, the crappy tags would go away and large beautiful pieces would return.
