Dear Middle Campus Parents & Guardians:
Earlier today as students were in the backyard of the middle campus for recess, an adult male not affiliated with the school on the street outside the fence of the back of the school asked a group of students if they would like to hop the fence and join him in his car.
A student quickly got the attention of one of our staff members who was outside on supervision duty. The staff member intervened with the man and the police were notified.
The man left the area, and a description of him was given by students and staff members who saw him to the responding officer. All of our teachers and staff have remained on alert, and there have been no further sightings of this individual and all students are safe.
We will continue to keep our eyes and ears open when students are outside. As well, we will keep students inside the building according to our safety protocol and contact law enforcement if necessary.
Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions or concerns.
Executive Director & Middle Campus Principal
