Want Your Kids To Get Hooked On Exercise Early?

We want our kids to develop good habits when it comes to exercise.

This week, I show you how you can do that by demonstrating some exercises your child can do while you work out.

Exercise ought to be fun for kids.

If they learn to enjoy it and see it as fun, they're less likely to view it as a chore and stick with it long-term.
