I wondered if the guy was possibly innocent until I began to investigate all the appeals he's had over the years. Jumping from court to court with 'new' evidence, he still could not convince one panel to give him a new trial. That tells me that the original jury of his peers, most of whom were also black, got the verdict correct. Remember people, just because you hear something repeated over and over does NOT make it true! The guy is guilty. Period.

7 of 9 witnesses recanted? I would think that fact alone would warrant life in prison.
