Taking The Plunge Into Lunges

A leg exercise that's good for you, even though a lot of people don't like doing it

 

In Part III of of our home exercise series, we tackle the lower body.

Lunges are good for strengthening and toning your legs. You don't need equipment or weight because you're balancing your body weight. You don't even need a lot of space. If you have bad knees, don't do them, however.

I've always loved squats. Lunges and I have been estranged since forever.
