Dino Martin, center, of East Atlanta Village, takes a break from the hot summer sun during "water time" with his classmates at the Little Linguists International Preschool in East Point. When not cooling off in the sprinklers, Dino is immersed in Spanish, French and Chinese at the nationally accredited preschool.
