P'cheen International Bistro & Pub, known for its globe-trotting menu, is the Readers' Choice for after-hours munching.
The Old Fourth Ward restaurant, which opened in 2005, garnered 67 percent of the votes cast.
The Earl, an East Atlanta Village favorite, came in second, with 13 percent of readers' votes.
Sister Louisa's Church of the Living Room and Ping Pong Emporium in Sweet Auburn and Elmyr in Little Five Points, tied for third place, each receiving eight percent of the votes cast.
