Labor Department's South Metro Career Center Reopened
Repairs completed ahead of schedule.

The Georgia Department of Labor’s South Metro Career Center at 2636-14 Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., in Downtown, is now reopen.
The career center is operating with its normally scheduled hours from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. While it was originally scheduled to open Sept. 14, repairs were completed quicker than originally forecast.
The career center had been closed since Aug. 20 undergoing repairs for damage caused by a leak in a main water pipe.
