Grant Park Neighborhood Association makes gesture of support to local public schools.

Investing in Our Schools
Members of the Grant Park Neighborhood Association present a check to representatives of the community's four schools — Parkside Elementary, Atlanta Neighborhood Charter, King Middle and Jackson High — on Tuesday, Jan. 15 for $2,000. Each school will receive $500.

GRANT PARK — As a gesture of support and symbol of the neighborhood's committment to its local schools, the Grant Park Neighborhood Association on Tuesday presented a check for $2,000 to its four institutions.

Parkside Elementary, Atlanta Neighborhood Charter, King Middle and Jackson High schools will each receive $500.

GPNA officials have said that this year they want to increase ties and strengthen support to local schools.
