Atlanta police charged Justin Tilford Price with murder Sunday for the Jan. 13 shooting death of Earl Jefferson.
Police found Jefferson, 23, in the driver's seat of a car at Piedmont and Edgewood avenues, near Downtown, at around 3:46 p.m.
His car, which collided with another vehicle, had been struck several times by gunfire. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Price, 29, was found in Camden, N.J. He was brought to the Fulton County Jail where he remains on the murder charge and aggravated assault.

Hes as innocent as someone coud posdibly be. Just to show how the system is so corrupt Mr. Price was on New Jersey when this murder occurred. Very disappointed that repercussions were brought to an innoxent man and most of all one of the best men that I know. .... Joseph LaRosa
