Til divorce us do part: This seminar — presented by One Mediation — is for those couples contemplating or facing marital separation or divorce. Every divorce in Georgia requires a court order to dissolve the marriage, but individuals may have control over the amount of time spent in courts or in litigation to get to that order.  In addition to litigation, this course provides information regarding how the processes of mediation, arbitration, and "Med-Arb" can assist couples in "tee-ing up" an uncontested divorce (with or without attorneys) or can reduce potential time and expenses related to litigation. It's free but registration is required. Call 404-720-0599 to register. 70 Lenox Pointe NE. 9:30 a.m. to noon.
