Exercises You Can Do At Home

No excuses for not working out

We're all pressed for time.

And though many of us say we want to exercise, finding the time to do so isn't always easy.

So Cynthia Phillips, East Atlanta Patch's health columnist and the owner of Absolute Body Symmetry, gives us a few exercises that can be done at home in the mornings and the proper technique for doing each of them and maintaining form.

If you have questions on training and nutrition, or want to know the proper way to do a particular exercise, e-mail Cynthia for future training videos.

In the meantime, here is Part I.

(And remember, no excuses.)

About this column: A guide to an obtainable healthier and fitter you by an Ormewood Park physical trainer and health enthusiast.

Great video - seems like a great am start without much fuss. I like it and will try it. The demonstration video really helps me visualize the correct movements of the exercises. Thumbs up

Have you lost your mind? I am 72 yrs old. I don't wake up in the morning , feeling good, for you to kill me. 75 what? You had better put something on the video for old people to work out to in the morning too. Lots of Luck.

Great Grandma
I am here to tell you that it is never to late to begin an exercise program. I do agree though, this particular program may be a little robust for the spritely aged. So I shall ensure that a video for those of superior wisdom is forthcoming :0
