Croquet at Historic Fourth Ward Park
The Historic Fourth Ward Park Conservancy is sponsoring friendly games of croquet — which involves hitting balls through hoops or wickets with wooden mallets.

Starting on Saturday, Sept. 22, the Historic Fourth Ward Park Conservancy at Historic Fourth Ward Park is hosting a friendly game of croquet and every Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The Conservancy will set up on the park's south end, on the lawn between the theater and the playground off Rankin Street.
The event is free and all are encouraged to wear white.
The Conservancy also will hold its monthly meeting on Sept. 19 at AMLI Parkside, 660 Ralph McGill Blvd. at 5:30 p.m. in the Club Room.
