APD Releases Photos of Castleberry Hill Robbery Suspects

Suspected gunmen used victim's debit card at a Boulevard BP.

Atlanta police investigators seek the public's help to identify the suspects in the surveillance photos above.

The men are suspects in a Sept. 3 pedestrian armed robbery at Fair and Peters streets in the Castleberry Hill neighborhood.

The victim, 21, told police he left his apartment building at about 1:35 p.m. and began walking down Peters Street when he noticed four males sitting inside a gold-colored Chevrolet Malibu. The victim said as he walked past the vehicle, three of the men exited it and began to follow him.

The victim then crossed the street and continued walking with the men in quick pursuit. One of them aimed a handgun at him while the other three rifled through his pockets.

They took his wallet, iPhone, three gold chains, his wristwatch and even the sneakers off his feet.

After robbing the victim, the males ran north on Fair Street toward Walker Street.

A short time thereafter, the suspects were caught on camera using the victim’s debit card at the BP Station on Boulevard. (It wasn't immediately clear if it was the BP in Grant Park or Old Fourth Ward.)

Anyone with information on these suspects is urged to call APD Zone 5 investigators at 404.658.6636 or Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404.577.8477. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000.
